Jessica brings a wealth of experience to her role as a graduate consultant. Jessica recently graduated with a Bachelor of Laws, however whilst on that academic journey she also worked in various professional environments. She started her career operating her own business and then moved into client service roles honing her client relationship skills. Jessica most recently worked in the Queensland State Government developing specific expertise in Workplace Health and Safety.
As a consequence of her broad and varied experience, Jessica has an uncommon appreciation of the complex and multifaceted nature of Human Resources (HR) and Industrial Relations (IR) across different workplace environments.
Jessica’s qualifications in law and years of client service experience mean she has a unique ability to build rapport, identify and solve problems and communicate complex information to a diverse range of clients in an easily comprehensible way. She is passionate about helping clients understand the vast and everchanging HR and IR landscapes.
Jessica brings to Providence HR a generational perspective needed to ensure we keep pace with changing expectations and preferences of employees.
