Peter has led large HR/ER teams throughout his career, so he understands the people management challenges faced by managers and business owners.
Peter’s areas of speciality include all functions of employee relations including dispute management, enterprise agreement negotiations and implementation, drafting and advice on contracts of employment, advice on disciplinary action and terminations, management of WorkCover matters, resolution of work conflict including mediations, workplace investigations.
