As a registered workplace Psychologist Heidi wears many hats including as a consultant, facilitator, and coach specialising in leadership development, emotional wellbeing, resilience, conflict management, and behavioural change. Her passion lies in helping people shift mindsets to fulfil their potential in the workplace.
As a consultant and Psychologist, Heidi has worked with many organisations conducting workplace counselling (employee support), coaching, group facilitation, training, leadership development and team building. Her clients range from frontline employees through to senior managers in both the private and public sectors.
Heidi’s qualification as a Psychologist and experience as facilitator, coach and counsellor means that she builds trust quickly. Her warm, engaging, and non-judgemental approach has led to participants readily making shifts in their thinking and behaviours. Heidi’s keen interest in developing a strong understanding of the culture and environment within which her client organisations operate also enables her to tailor solutions that produce sustainable results and have a positive impact on both people and business.
